Job Description:

As a Consumer Research and Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing consumer data while supporting marketing efforts across various projects, including Brand , Marketing, Property Development, Consulting, and Community Initiatives. This internship is ideal for a proactive individual who is currently studying with an interest in documentation, research, and marketing, with a keen focus on consumer behavior and market trends.

Your responsibilities will include:

~Consumer Research:

Conduct thorough market research to uncover consumer insights, trends, and preferences. Analyze data to support strategic marketing decisions and identify new opportunities.

~Documentation and Reporting:

Assist in the preparation and review of business documents. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and marketing performance.

~Social Media Management:

Develop and manage content for social media platforms using tools such as Canva. Track social media trends and provide insights on audience engagement and content effectiveness.

~Marketing Campaign Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content.

~Events Support:

Contribute to the planning and organization of events, ensuring they align with marketing strategies and consumer engagement goals.

~Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure that research insights are integrated into marketing strategies and that projects are executed effectively.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on consumer behavior and market research.

- Proficiency in Canva, MS Office tools, and social media management.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and persuasively.

- Attention to detail in both research and documentation.

- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
